Florida realty listings offers an easy to use full featured Florida AND parts of Illinois real estate listings service which is easy to search for homes for sale, land or lots for sale, Commercial Properties, or Rental Properties as listed by the homeowner, owner of the property, or a licensed Realtor alike!Rent to own (RTO) for sale by owner (FSBO) are typical realty listings you will find within this system. We also DO allow for regular Realtor listings within our covered areas as indicated below.
We feature listings in the Nassau, Duval, Baker, Union, Bradford, Alachua, Marion, St. Johns, Putnam, Clay, and Flagler County areas of Florida.
In addition we have opened this service up to also allow for listings within the Ashkum, Buckingham, Cabery, Campus, Chatsworth, Chenoa, Cullom, Emington, Fairbury, Forrest, Gilman, Herscher, Kempton, Odell, Piper City, Pontiac, and Saunemin, and Bloomington Normal Illinois areas as well.
For far less than the cost of a typical 3 day ad in your papers Classifieds section, we can list your property for a full six months complete with photos, virtual tours, full page printer friendly printouts, and you will even have your own web page address of your listing which allows you to advertise your listing at many other online Classifieds sites and others.
Because we have added a Special Field to the system (Agents User ID) this makes it EASY for anyone with multiple listings (Brokers, Realtors, Property Managers, etc) to include a simple LINK at their website which when clicked on will take a viewer to a complete listing of ALL their listings as placed herein.
When you create a listing HERE if your property is located in Jacksonville, Flagler Estates, Hastings, Palatka, Palm Coast, St Augustine, you may wish to consider having it added to one of the following Community News sites:

Best method to include a Great Listing is to Add it HERE first, then create your listing at the City Portal (from the list above) with a Blurb about your property listing and the LINK BACK to the FULL listing right here :) Simple to do, and Quick!

Property Sellers (either a Realtor, Property Manager, or private seller) are referred to as Agents. We allow for New (Agents) to sign up as an Agent which would then allow them the ability to place realty listings in this service.
When ADDING a listing to this service it is as easy as filling in the blanks it is just that easy
ALL listings made within will automatically include without any intervention on the listers part

How to Add Your Listings
Special Offer for Flagler Estates and other Home Sellers
New Agent Sign Ups WILL receive an Email which contains a LINK you MUST click on to finalize your account so be sure to use a Real and working email account when you sign up here. Once you have clicked on the Activation Link in your email, you will be able to place a Single Listing RIGHT AWAY.
New Agents who have signed up and have not yet paid our listing service fee WILL be removed after 14 days without notices! IF you have actually Added a new listing as an Agent if you have not PAID for the use of this service it too WILL be removed along with your account after 14 days!
If we have sent you an Email telling you your listing is FREE, you need not worry about paying for the listing :)
Also by default when you sign up as a selling agent, you WILL be able to add a single Featured List listing of a single Property you have listed. IF you use this, you have to pay for it or the listing WILL be Removed.. It is an additional $60.00 per 6 month cost to add any listing to our Featured Listings List...
Once you are an agent here and have a listing completed, if you wish to Feature it as having an 
at some point you have the ability to do so from your account when logged in. Please REMOVE the open house when it is over of course. Adding an Open House to one or more of your listings here does NOT incur any additional cost to you as a Lister Agent..
